If Brian Kelly comes back as coach at ND I will not watch another game until he leaves. This has nothing to do with the loss (a$$ kicking) in the BCS game. I have been a fan since 1966 when I was in grade school. I went through Faust who was a great man but in over his head, Davie who was a good evaluator of talent but poor game coach, Willingham who cared more about his golf game than making his team better, and Weis who was clueless as a head coach but a good playcaller. Kelly is exactly what is wrong with pro and college sports. Signing a contract means NOTHING to all of these egotistical jack a$$es. He has one good year and he wants to hold the school hostage. He is doing the same exact thing as RichRod did to WVU. The thing is that I should have seen this coming. He left Cincy high and dry after a 12-0 season to go to ND, so why should I be surprised that he would leave ND as soon as some team opens up their checkbook. ND has a #1 recruiting class coming in and has the top graduation rate of any football team and this piece of $hit wants more. I realize we live in a capitalistic society, but how much money does a person need? Brian, please go to the Eagles or somewhere else. I would rather cheer/suffer with a coach who wants to be at ND than kiss the a$$ of some guy who is worth a lot less than he thinks. If Kelly stays, feel free to call me in the fall to golf in the afternoon. This piece of $hit can not compare to Lou, Ara or even Dan Devine.
I am done with ND

here is what irritates me the most about the state of the NCAA: coaches can go to another job and start right away meanwhile the kids he recruited at the school he just left if they want to transfer out they have to sit out a year either way the the transfer rules or make the coach sit out a year bet that would stop these sudden bolts

As a Bearcat alum, I find it interesting that ND people are irritated with Kelly's flirtations with the 'next coaching step'. Lots of ND folks were pretty pleased when he bailed on Cincinnati to go over to ND. Now the chickens are coming home to roost.

CAS,
OK, let's say I am the manager at Quality Bakery. We have just had the best year in sales that we have had in 25 years. I had always dreamed of running a local donut shop. I am making good money for a donut shop manager. I have brought in some of the best bakers this side of Cafe de Munde. But during a pastry challenge, all my donuts didn't rise and my cakes were dry. All of the sudden, I get a call from Buddy Valastro. They want me to travel to Hoboken for an interview as the head cake baker. I would get a good raise, and not just my donuts. I decide that hey, this isn't exactly what I want, but I might as well see what there offering. In the end, my heart was still in Moundsville, with all the little bakers that I helped bring in and mold. I stay at Quality Bakery. Would you still eat my donuts? We do have the best glazed in the world! And the maddogs are pretty awesome too!"POWER THROUGH PAIN!"
Beat C.R.P.S!
