WSAZ reports TRO granted for SC players

In today's society, this doesn't surprise me at all. No accountability for kids anymore, some adult is always there to bail them out. This time it's a JUDGE!!!!
This is just a thought but I've seen and heard of weirder things happen but good old NO Child Left Behind may have something to do with this. Believe it or not, if these suspended players are on IEP'S, NCLB may be their ticket to play because the disability may have caused their actions!
I wish I were lying, but I've seen it!

What a joke. I hope Brooke beats them like a drum. Letting those 4 thugs play is an embarrassment. THIS is precisely what is wrong with society today. Kids are taught no sense of accountability. That judge should be ashamed."I hope the EL players don't make a habit of jumping over players...#6 tried against Park...didn't work and he was almost made a liberal democrat on the spot..." - Kappy

A few facts I've heard:
1.) The SSAC didn't know about the hearing(s)
2.) South Charleston has some sort of inconsistency in their filing because their claim doesn't match what actually happened
3.) Brooke apparently has some legal options in this
My personal opinion is that if this had been any other players no one would care. VCU should drop Perry Henry (spelling?). Overall this is a black eye for the state as a whole. When the goverment (corrupt or not) can make school officials look like absolute puppets. I hope that is not seen as being out of line otherwise I will edit this post.

What is the anticipated course of action from the SSAC? Will they suspend the AAA play-offs? I think it would be incredibly detrimental for the future if they allow the game to take place Saturday with those 4 kids playing in it before the appeals are exhausted. I know it isn't fair to the kids who should be playing but the bigger picture is this could set a precedent that will create many more problems for many more kids as time moves on.

So, the kids are allowed to play?
So... that means at the end of this game, regardless of outcome, a boxing match can break out, and thats kosher in the State of West Virginia?"Failure gave me Strength... Pain was my Motivation" - Michael Jordan
