Starting kindergarten later could boost kids' grades and improve their odds of attending a top college. Being the youngest kid in class can hurt their academic performance.

I am very interested; I love learning new things. This is a worthy discussion, and it would make for a great master's thesis. I wonder how much this issue has been studied. I would have never "thunk" it. I am going to read up further. thanks!!

No Football at Heartland. He was the starting QB at Fitch as a soph.

      Him and Haney.
You don’t really believe that. Neither does the sportswriters or coaches. Those big teams such as D3 East who won 2 games all year that was a hell of a reach. Through D1/7 only 14 Sophomores made 1/2/3rd team All Ohio. Neither of the guys you said are the best are there.

That’s why it is an opinion… You have yours and I have mine.

I look at the totality of the player. When you are playing 2-3 sports in HS and getting accolades in multiple sports. It just raises the respect factor a little bit for me.

And 1000% this question gets asked by nearly every college coach. “Do you play multiple sports”. At least it did with mine and all his friends who went on to college athletics. It’s not the be all end all but it does come up in recruiting conversations.

So yes, knowing what Haney and Kalaher go thru playing football at the schools they represent. They are my 2 top sophomore players in the OVAC.
