It appears that after being invited to join the East Central Ohio League (ECOL), Steubenville High School has declined the offer.
The ECOL is broken into two divisions.
Cambridge, Dover, Marietta, New Philadelphia and Zanesville are in the big school division.
Claymont, Coshocton, Meadowbrook, River View and the Rosecrans make the small school division.
