West Virginia Circuit Judge Carrie Webster denied Brooke County High School’s request to have South Charleston forfeit their victory against the Brooke Bruins.
South Charleston had 4 players suspended by the WVSSAC before Charleston resident, and Circuit Judge Carrie Webster allowed the suspended players to play, despite overwhelming video evidence that showed several South Charleston players involved in a fight that eventually had to be broken up by Police with the use of taser and mace.
