Martins Ferry lost a loyal and strong supporting member of their community yesterday when Bubba Coleman passed away from a long fight with cancer. Coleman has coached in the Martins Ferry system for more than 20 years within the wrestling and football teams.
Bubba loved his family, wrestling, & the local community, and nothing shows it more than this quote by Bubba on this facebook page:
“This what I look forward to every year (Wrestling Season). Now my boy will be joining the OVAC family on the Jr. High Team at Martins Ferry wrestling at 134. I’m a proud Dad.“
Coach Coleman will always be remember by all those who know him… he touched the lives of many.
He leaves behind his loving wife Dawn, and his 3 children Bryce, Maleah and Rachel.
