OVAC is a 46-school OH and WV conference; in OH you must go through both a sectional and district tournament to qualify for the state tournament; in WV you must go through a regional tournament to qualify for the state tournament.
MAC is a PA wrestling conference composed of about a dozen schools in Allegheny and Beaver Co. PA; WPIAL is the Western PA wrestling conference with about 135 or so schools in AA and AAA; in PA you must go through a sectional and regional tournament to qualify for the state tournament.
