WEST LIBERTY – Ticket and lodging information was released today for West Liberty University fans planning to follow the unbeaten and No. 1-ranked Hilltoppers to next week’s NCAA Division II Elite Eight men’s basketball championship tournament at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Mass.
West Liberty (32-0) will play unranked Anderson, S.C. (21-11) Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the first quarterfinal of the evening session. The tournament continues with a semifinal doubleheader on Thursday night with the NCAA Division II national championship game set for a 1 p.m. Saturday tipoff.
Tickets for either of Wednesday’s afternoon or evening sessions are priced at $15 for adults, $13 for students. Semifinal tickets on Thursday are priced at $17 and $15, respectively, with championship game tickets priced at $19 for adults and $15 for students. All-Session passes are also available, priced at $50 for adults and $40 for students. Tickets may be ordered by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or online at the Mass Mutual Center Box Office.
West Liberty has been designated as the visiting team for Wednesday night’s quarterfinal. When ordering their tickets, Hilltopper fans should specifically request tickets in the seats reserved for the visiting team in front of Sections 10 and 11.
