West Virginia was idle in Week 2, but I’m still buzzing about Smith’s performance against Marshall last week. He holds on to the No. 2 spot on my watch list. Look for Smith to add to his gaudy stat line when the No. 9 Mountaineers host FCS opponent James Madison in Week 3.
